3 Day Training Includes

Observation & Assessment

On the first day, Lynsay begins with a comprehensive observation of your household’s dynamics and an assessment of your nanny’s current skill set. This step ensures the training is customised to your family’s unique needs and lifestyle.

Customised Nanny Training

The second day is dedicated to immersive and tailored hands-on training. Lynsay collaborates closely with your nanny to improve household organisation, enhance child nutrition strategies, refine VIP nanny skills, and develop comprehensive childcare practices, all while ensuring health and safety protocols are fully integrated.

Implementation & Feedback

On the final day, Lynsay helps your nanny implement newly learned systems and routines. She also provides detailed feedback and makes adjustments to ensure the training delivers lasting results.

Follow Up

Support & Resources

To reinforce the training, families receive a follow-up call two weeks after completion to address questions, offer additional guidance, and refine any newly implemented routines.
